(More customer reviews)This is a neat variation to the C3 Batwing produced for Minimates. It is built exactly the same as the standard version with the exception that it is built nearly entirely out of clear blue pieces. I think the only parts not blue are the smoke cockpit window and the two missiles.
You also get a Stealth suit Batman which only varies by the yellow on some of the parts, still, it is one of the best Batman Minimates and really looks good.
The plane has some neat features, two firing missiles, adjustable tail fins, air brakes, an escape pod built into the cockpit, and movable landing gear.
The landing gear is the only part I had trouble with. The front landing gear broke, with nearly no play time. The little clips that hold the two pieces together broke so the landing gear cannot attach to the body of the plane. My standard Batwing does not have this problem, and I suspect it is due to the more brittle makeup of the clear blue pieces.
Overall a good model. Great with Minimates, and other C3 vehicles as well. Good design, classic of the 1989 Batman movie.

Limited Edition Translucent Blue Stealth Batwing Set originally made in 2004. This set was only available at the San Diego Comic Con and uses the LEGO system of building pieces so they fit seamlessly with other Lego sets or products.
