(More customer reviews)I ordered this item for my son for Christmas this year. I felt the price was a bit high, but it was from Santa so I ordered it anyway. Upon recieveing Batman Beyond , I thought it was just fine and that eased my worries about paying so much for it. My son was thrilled to get it "from Santa" Within days and weeks , the black paint started coming off. it was then that I realized that it was lightly painted BLACK over a WHITE figure. Enough black paint has now worn off, that it looks like it was a Star Wars Storm Tropper before being Batman. They at least could have lightly painted Black over Black and it would not have been so bad and noticable. I feel like I was sold a bad product for a high price. I sent an email to them about this expecting them to work with me and instead, I got the WEAR AND TEAR policy (in all caps)and also they stated "WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR WEAR AND TEAR DURING PLAY" Like I said, the paint started coming off within days and weeks. I then recieved an email that said to sent it back and they would refund me. Alot of good that does for a Christmas gift for an 8 year old. Very dissappointed!
