(More customer reviews)This game was created by and in the same format as those who created lego star wars. Thinking that is the base it should be good. It isn't. The character remains locked to the side of the screen. In an effort to make it like an FPS while keeping all the stuff that made SWL good doesn't work. The movement of the character in the environment gave me a headache.
You basically just go around and shoot shoot shoot with no real purpose. There is an auto aim and autolock on firing. Some of the weapons each of the bionicles has varies in speed, damage, and function. This is nice and the fact that you have five hearts and when you lose them you lose one of the masks and bionicle characters and his weapon and his force like "constracting" ie constructing force like ability.
The environments aren't graphically bad but I think the whole bionicle thing doesn't work as well as other regular lego figures. The first bionicle game had less relation to construction but it was an ok game and not hard to move around in and tylenol requiring. The only problem with that one was annoying repetitve tasks where if you messed up you did it again and again.
Anyway, rent it, borrow it from your library like I did, or anything before you spend the money on it, even if you are a fan.
Also, you do need a better graphics card but it it can play lego star wars then you should be fine I think with the pixel shading.
